  We arrived to town on a Sunday night when most restaurants were closed. We chose Pasta Cafe based off the fact that they were open and the reviews. Some prior reviews made us feel we had a 50/50 shot at service. We were most definitely pleased! Stefany was our waitress and she was very attentive and polite. The food was great! A little disappointed that the pasta dishes don't come with a side salad at anywhere from 12-15 a plate but the bread is soft and warm and they provide a dip consisting of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs and it is addictive. The pasta also tastes like they make it fresh or its shipped in as fresh pasta (not like the dried out type). We also ordered cheesecake with strawberries for dessert and you definitely get your money's worth. It's easily the size of cheesecake factory's slices (almost twice as big as your average cheesecake slice) but only 5.75. Very very happy with the service, the food and the atmosphere. If we ever come this way again we'll be sure to stop by for a meal!
