  The restaurant came highly recommended by the visitors center in Roswell. While I was hoping for something small and family operated where I could have some authentic New Mexico chilies, this was more of a family friendly chain. Not that it detracted from the experience.
  
  The food was fresh and quick, and tasted great. The house salsa and chips were great, the staff was friendly and prompt, and the local beers on tap were tasty.
  
  Definitely a good place for a meal.

  Best Mexican food in town! You must try their table side guacamole! Their breakfast food is also very good! They consistently serve over 1,000 tacos every Tuesday for good reason! If you want good Mexican, this is the place to go!

  Excellent quality of food and service. Valeria was so friendly and attentive. Enchiladas any way you like them. Green and red sauces were both delicious with great heat level. Good rellenos. Cinnamon sugar sopapillas were the perfect finish to a great meal.

  Locals love it and so will you! The chips and salsa are fabulous. Biggest problem with them is you may over consume and not be hungry when your meal arrives. We have been here several times, and we have always walked away very satisfied. The portions are large enough that we take leftovers home. Because it is so popular, it might not be the best choice if you just want to get in and out quickly. But if you are looking for quality food and great service come on by!
